Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the jus77 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. jus77 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction. jus77 reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended jus77 account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the platform for or on behalf of any other person, company, or organisation.
• You must not be a current or former employee of jus77 or any of its affiliated platform providers or technology partners, unless explicit written permission has been granted.

Account Registration

To access the jus77 platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. By submitting a registration, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.

At registration, jus77 will request the following information as a minimum:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• Date of birth (confirming you are 21 years of age or older)
• Valid email address and active Indonesian mobile telephone number
• Preferred username and a secure password meeting jus77's complexity requirements
• Confirmation that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the jus77 Privacy Policy

jus77 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons. Account approval is at jus77's sole discretion. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jus77 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

If you suspect that your jus77 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jus77 support immediately via live chat. jus77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has not taken reasonable steps to protect their login credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

jus77 applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism-financing standards. KYC verification may be required at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, upon reaching specified deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time jus77 considers it necessary.

Documents that may be requested include, but are not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: National identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification document showing full name and date of birth
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the previous three months showing your name and current address
• Proof of Payment Method: A photograph or screenshot confirming that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, jus77 may request documentation evidencing the lawful origin of funds used for deposits

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal capabilities and may result in permanent account closure. Pending withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete to jus77's satisfaction.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jus77 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jus77 supports the following local payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own legal name. Third-party payments — deposits or withdrawals made on behalf of another person, or received from a source other than the account holder's own verified payment method — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate KYC review.

jus77 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is made in error, if fraud is suspected, or if the account is under review. In such circumstances, jus77 will notify the Player via their registered email address.

Withdrawals of Bonus Balance funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Clause 6. Real-money Balance funds that have not been subject to any bonus may be withdrawn at any time subject to completed KYC verification.

Bonuses & Promotions

jus77 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

The following general bonus rules apply to all jus77 promotions unless a specific offer's terms expressly state otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and any applicable KYC verification requirements.
2. Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts used to claim the same bonus will result in forfeiture of all associated balances.
3. All bonus funds carry a Wagering Requirement. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is published in that promotion's specific terms. The Wagering Requirement must be met in full before any funds derived from a bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
4. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in each promotion's terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered within the validity period expire automatically.
5. Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution rates are published for each promotion. As a general guide: sportsbook bets at minimum odds contribute 100%; most slot games contribute 100%; live casino games typically contribute between 10% and 25%; some games may contribute 0%.
6. jus77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the specific terms in effect at the time of crediting will continue to apply.
7. Bonus funds may not be transferred between accounts. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real-money credit outside of the applicable wagering and withdrawal process.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jus77 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market, as published within the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

The following general rules apply across all jus77 products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jus77 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where the relevant game rules expressly permit cancellation.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or data feed failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, jus77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's balance. Settlement decisions made under these circumstances are final.
• Odds, handicaps, and game parameters are set by jus77 at its discretion. jus77 reserves the right to correct any odds or parameters that are manifestly erroneous, and bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices may be voided at jus77's discretion.
• For live casino games, the rules of each game table — including minimum and maximum bet limits — apply as displayed within the live casino environment at the time of play. Game provider rules take precedence in the event of any conflict with jus77's general betting rules.
• For the sportsbook, match results are determined by the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 results by PSSI, EPL results by the Premier League, AFF Cup results by the ASEAN Football Federation). jus77 reserves the right to use alternative official sources where the primary governing body result is not available within a reasonable timeframe.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jus77 platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or at any other stage of the account lifecycle
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Opening or operating more than one jus77 account, whether under your own name or using another person's identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the jus77 platform
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of corrupt or fraudulent wagering activity
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of the relevant promotion
• Using the jus77 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity
• Attempting to reverse engineer, hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the jus77 platform or its underlying systems
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jus77 staff or other Players via any communication channel

Responsible Gaming

jus77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all Players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players from within the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your jus77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set caps on the total amount you can lose over a defined time period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been logged in for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jus77 platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period. Requests to reverse self-exclusion before the exclusion period expires will not be entertained.

Intellectual Property

All content on the jus77 platform — including but not limited to the jus77 name, logo, visual design, text content, game interfaces, software, graphics, and any other materials — is the intellectual property of jus77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jus77 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, frame, or create derivative works from any jus77 content without prior written consent.

Privacy & Data

jus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering with jus77, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jus77 excludes all liability for losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds through wagering activity, including losses resulting from reliance on any information, odds, or market data provided by jus77
• Interruptions to platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond jus77's reasonable control (including force majeure events)
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking or e-wallet providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja
• Unauthorised access to your jus77 account where the breach results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any indirect, consequential, punitive, or special losses of any kind, whether or not jus77 had been advised of the possibility of such losses

Where jus77's liability cannot be excluded by law, jus77's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your jus77 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

jus77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jus77 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• The Player has provided false or misleading information
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct has been identified on the account
• The Player's account is subject to a regulatory enquiry, legal process, or law enforcement request
• Continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable commercial, legal, or reputational risk to jus77

A Player may close their own jus77 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money Balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Balance funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jus77 is licensed and incorporated. Players acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jus77 platform complies with all laws applicable in their own jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising between a Player and jus77 shall first be submitted to jus77 customer support for informal resolution. Where informal resolution is not achievable, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in jus77's licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court where necessary to protect your immediate interests pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

Amendments

jus77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the jus77 platform not less than 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or an order of a competent authority.

Your continued use of the jus77 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.
